6 Months...2 1/2 months late...

Here are the 6 month pics and stats of Case and Crue.  They were officially 6 months on April 18, 2012...

So, I know these are forever ago and they have changed SO MUCH, but I need to catch up!  Their stats at their 6 month appt were...
Crue: 26 1/2" long, 14 lbs 11 oz. and head circumference of 17".
He remains in the 25% for everything.
Case: 26" long, 14 lbs 12 oz. and head circumference of 17".
He remains between the 10 and 20 percentile for everything, BUT I really think his weight was off because he showed an ounce bigger than Crue and he has never been bigger.  Also, we were in 4 separate occasions with ear infections in the month following this appt and he was always approximately 1/2 lb. smaller than Crue.

Life As Of Today....

Life is awesome, right?  Well, I'm sacrificing a shower right now, so you'd better ALL read this and for those of you who have given up on me, well, I'll just have to print these into a book and cherish them myself :)
Case has had 3 ear infections in the last month.  That has been super cool and if he has another one before summer is over, we get tubes!  Hope he can hold out until fall so we don't have to put him under so young :(
Haddyn has finished her first year of preschool and has grown so much!!  She LOVED doing her end of year program and made Mommy and Daddy so proud!  She was also in a singing group that is done for the year and she loved that too, of course.  She has always loved both things involved in the singing group: singing songs and having a little bit of spot light on her :)
Stetson is finally talking in sentences, although we really struggle to understand most of them.  Haddyn is the all time best at telling us what he is saying though.
Crue is just Crue.  He is such a happy and chill little guy.  He started scooting 2 days ago!!  Big man!  Watch out...trouble on the way.  I ordered my baby gate/pen yesterday.  Yep, gonna need all the help I can get keeping this house in order!
Scott has started a biggest loser competition at work and is working toward losing his goal of 45 lbs by the end of the year.  You can do it honey!!!  If he wins the work competition he will win $200 and will get himself a new iPad.  He is most excited about that possibility!
I am now working about a day a week and that is working out well.  I cut my hair off to a nice, easy and cute (so I've been told) haircut to flow into my crazy life.  I really like it, but I think I'll go a little shorter to add some spunk and spike next trim.
I am anxiously awaiting our fence to be put up and will be starting swimming lessons with the kids soon.  Summer is here...yay!!!  We will leave next Thursday to see our best pals in Denver and take the babies with us and leave the 2 older ones with grandparents.  It should be an adventure!
That is like as of today.  Very little drama, which is so great and lots of fun.  Now I get to add post after post of life that has passed me by....

Randomness

I am sitting feeding babies right now and thought...why not post to the blog?!

We have had a few really nice days this week and it's been great to get outside! Scott's yard looks great and we will be getting a fence hopefully within a couple of weeks. So excited about that!!

I think we are finally out of "survival mode" in this house and I have a pretty good schedule on most days :) Haddyn is sassy as ever! This is her new cowgirl hat! Looks like Stets is getting another pink hat! At least this time it's only a pink string! Ha!!

Its kinda funny how we have 3 boys and only one girl, but because the girl came first, the boys get a lot of pink.

My Kids Are The Best!!!!!

Holy moly...kids are pretty much the coolest and funniest people ever! Scott and I have always laughed a lot throughout our relationship, but for the life of us, we cannot remember what we laughed about before we had kids to laugh at. Haddyn is the best for cracking us up. She ALWAYS has something up her sleeve. Her little friend Fisher has a cape and mask that he was dressed up in last time we had a play date. Well, of course Haddyn decided she too wanted nothing more than a pink and blue striped cape and mask. I planned to make one for her, but found a set that was just like Fisher's, but in pink and purple, at Wal-Mart for less than six bucks and so I got it for her and stashed it for an extra good day when she deserved a little surprise. She LOVES them and wears them all over. (No, stinky Mom doesn't have a pic yet, but I'm working on that) Anyway, last night I'm cooking dinner and she runs into the kitchen and says to Stetson, "Come on Stetson, let's go save somebody!" to which Stetson replies "YAH!" and they run off into the night hand in hand. I wish they always liked each other that well!!!
