Yup, Still A Moulton

So, a ways back in life (almost 3 years ago) I made a post about my sweet little Haddyn Elaine being a true Moulton. See here
Turns out my little angel is not only an artist....But also still a cute, little Moulton as well ;) Couldn't resist!

A Hunting We Will Go...

The last couple of years we have decided to retrieve our Christmas tree from the Great Outdoors. Last year Stetson was about 6 weeks old when we did this retrieving and he stayed in the car. There was the other fact of us literally stopping and grabbing the first tree off the edge of the road. This year we got a little more ambitious. We had agreed to get a tree for my parents this year, so we really wanted to find the best one we could. Scott hiked up the mountain and Haddyn and I followed him with the sled. Stetson was asleep in the car. Well, for a small moment we were out of view of the car and out of view of Scott and Haddyn is very nervous at this point. She says, "Mommy, will Daddy come to look for us or will someone come to find us and find Stetson and Daddy too?" Yes, my sweet little girl thought we were lost in the wilderness. It was actually a very traumatic 20 seconds for her. The Drama is strong in that one.
Well, Stetson woke up and we headed out to give him a little piece of the experience. He LOVED it! Observe... Not so much.Daddy wasn't so sure either! But, we all cheered up. It was Christmas tree hunting for heaven's sake---Is there anything more cheerful, even with screaming children? Ha,ha

Snow Fun!

So here in Burley we definitely don't get snow like we did in Driggs (thank goodness). However, we also rarely get enough snow to say we have snow, let alone play in it. Well, we have had like 3 storms worthy of play this year (yay) and for the biggest one we played snowman!
We have a little boy and his Mom that live next door. Scotty is this little boy's name and he LOVES our Scott. He has come over to help Scott build the house multiple times and just after we moved into the house my Mom was over helping unpack and Scott & I were still at work. So all of a sudden our front door opens and a little boy walks in. He walks into the kitchen and says, "Is Scott here?" My Mom told him, "No he's not buddy, he's still at work." So he replies, "Okay, I'll come back later." and turns around and walks out. He's a cutie.
Anyway, Scotty plays into this because first of all, he thinks Scott is the COOLEST and wanted to play with him (not Haddyn, Scott) and second of all, because we have no lawn and Scotty does :) Well, here are some cute pics of Scott, Scotty, Haddyn and Stetson enjoying the snow and making a HUGE snowman.

Yes, Stetson's boots are pink and his gloves are purple. I'm sorry that we had a girl first, but seriously, who wants to buy new everything when it was hardly used the first time? All Haddyn wanted to do was eat the snow.
That thing stuck around through the worst 4 weeks of winter we have ever encountered here. He ended up leaning over a bit and looked like he had a bit of scoliosis, but he was pretty awesome!
