9 Months!!

It's official, my babies are as old as it takes to get them here...not quite the case with these guys, but I have to say that 8 months of pregnancy was way worse than my normal 9!  Good thing they are double worth it!! :)
They are growing so fast!  Case is a mad man and crawled for the first time on July 25th.  They actually turned 9 months on July 18th, so yay for him.  However, he is SO FAST as his army crawl he doesn't have the patience to crawl.  He has started sleeping with his little bum in the air though.  It's so cute!  He's very petite and has small bone structure like Haddyn and I (Scott would say, "is that a fat joke? right about now).  It's funny how different he feels to hold than Crue.  He supports his weight a lot better, plus he weighs less.  He always has little red dry spots on his knees now.  He also pulled himself up to the tub on July 24th.  And the couch and stool and now about anything he can.  These boys stay in a stage a lot longer than my other two kids did, so they are getting A LOT of head bonks with learning this standing up thing, but they are tough!
Crue is my Mama's boy.  You cannot beg him to go see Daddy, but then again you can't beg Case to come see me when Scott is home.  It's sad that we have to always feed the same baby, with Scott not lactating and all, but it's super cute to see a baby bond with Daddy so young in a way that the other's haven't been able to because I nursed them exclusively.  Crue will NOT take a bottle with a single drop of formula in it...he prefers to simply not eat if it doesn't come from a boob.  Well, so far that isn't a problem, but it's funny how picky those nursing babies can get.  Well, MY nursing babies.  Not sure if that is across the board or not.
Crue is a scooter, a lot like Haddyn.  he propels himself with his left leg and arm and his right side kinda just goes along for the ride.  It's cute, but amazingly slower than Case.  He is also starting to hold his own against "thief", or Case.  Case has been the little bully and stealer of the toys from day one, but Crue is starting to take it a little less and less each day.  They are really starting to play together very cute!  They LOVE Haddyn and Stetson and I love that they laugh so easily for Lane or Stets.  Case is a lot easier to make laugh and has such an infectious smile.  What a happy boy, but DO NOT GET THAT KID HUNGRY.  My oh my, he has his mother's genes there.  No patience in that one.  Haddyn all over again.
Here are the 9 month stats on 7/23/12...
Case: Head Circ- 17.5", Weight- 16 lb 10 oz (full of milk), Length- 28"
Crue: Head Circ- 17.5", Weight 16lb 12 oz (no milk yet), Length- 28.5"
They are very close.  Crue is still a little heavier and .5 inches longer.  They are growing on their curve very well.  Now up to 25% on height and almost 10% on weight.  Well proportioned though!!

 Back off!
 I want to eat you-
 Fish hook!
 MMMOOOOMMMMM!!
It is SO usually the other way around.  Crue stays calm, cool and collected.  If I didn't catch how that went down on film, you'd never know....

8 months!!

I'm finally trying to get caught up and I'm almost there!!  Case and Crue turned 8 months on May 18, 2012!!  Here are the 8 month pics and no stats again, but they are BUSY boys!!  They move all over and LOVE eating food.  Crue had a tooth pop up just a hair this month and the dirty bugger was just playing hide and seek, so down it went!  They get miserable for a few days with these teeth, but nothing ever surfaces.  Case has luckily stayed ear infection free for a month and it looks like tubes are at least out of our future for this summer.  Crue continues to be my chill little man and Case is quite the mover.  NEVER stops!  Also, Case is the first child of ours to use all four limbs when moving (all 3 others have always had at least one arm or leg not be used or move two limbs together).  He has a very efficient and fast arm crawl going on.

What happens now when you try and get them to stay together for more than 5 seconds...
They are finally starting to really play and fight with each other.  It's fun to see that developing!
