I am aware how far behind I am and I am sorry! I do feel, however, that with Facebook these days, no one actually reads my blog anyway...so...my blog book isn't really going to care when what is written :) I am just going to share a few pics that I took with our 12 month stickers and the stats from the Dr. appointment because I'll do a birthday post of the major birthday party x4 later. They turned a year old on October 18, 2012 and I couldn't believe how fast that year went. So bittersweet... I did not want that year to go any slower while living it, but boy, I did not get to enjoy it all like you do with one baby at a time. They are so healthy, so happy and we are SOOOOO blessed to have them in our family!!!
Case: Case is securely in the 10th percentile. He is now18 lb. 8 oz. and 29 inches tall. You'd think that would make him chubbier than Crue because Crue has stayed a consistent 1/2 inch longer than Case his entire first year of life, but he is a BEAN POLE. He has a very "petite" build and if you didn't know how you were about to pick up, you'd know once he was in your arms! He is a super happy boy and has 4 teeth now. We call him "snaggle tooth" though because his teeth have come in funny. R bottom then a month later top R. But his top R grew in really fast so it has always looked like it was in first and the others snuck in nice and slow. It is very cute!! He has 4 teeth! He is a running fool and loves to laugh, oh and steal toys from Crue. He's kind of a bully to Crue, must be the older brother syndrome, even if it is only by 2 minutes! He still drinks two bottles a day, one in morning and one at night. He sleeps all night most nights and is just a great little boy!!
Crue: Crue is in the 25th percentile on height and weight. He is now 18 lb. 12 oz. and 29 1/2 inches tall. Like I said, it is really weird to me that he is in the 25th percentile and is only 1/2 lb bigger and 1/2 inch taller...but that's what it is! Crue is a solid boy. He is built a lot more like Stetson and when you lift that boy, you feel it! Let's just say I cannot carry both boys in their carseats anymore, that is FO' SHO! He is also very happy and a very loving little guy. He is my cuddle bug. He likes to be by Case still and cares where Case is even when Case could care less where Crue is! He also has 4 teeth, but one more on top that is not far off. Crue loves to dance. They both do, but Crue just smiles enormous every time music starts and begins a cute little head shake. He nurses twice a day, but will take a bottle if he has to. He doesn't sleep quite as good as Case does and still wakes up at about 4 or 4:30 A.M. about 3x a week. Scott plays the "That's your baby crying" card every chance he gets, and Crue still rolls his tongue when he cries, so you can usually tell who is crying and usually it IS my baby :-) Oh well, with one baby at a time it was ALWAYS MY baby crying in the night, so I'll take it!
